Consumer Legal Capacity

  • The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to deal with the store or that they are at least eighteen years old.
  • The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they will bear the consequences of this violation.

Nature of Obligation

  • The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide the service or product.
  • The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or other related services, based on the nature and type of the service or product required by the consumer.

Controls for the Use of

  • The consumer is obligated to use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer is obligated not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Accounts and Registration Obligations

  • Once you apply to join this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the store’s services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify this store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information.

Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication

  • The parties to this agreement agree that communication will primarily occur via the email registered on the platform.
  • The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data, and other communications provided electronically substitute their written counterparts and are legally valid.
  • The consumer agrees to the possibility of receiving communications related to this agreement or their interactions with the store through general messages broadcasted by the store’s management.

Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees

  • In the event that any article or clause contained in this agreement is canceled, or if there is any contained material or any clause that is no longer effective, the validity of the remaining articles and clauses is unaffected.
  • This agreement, amended as necessary from time to time, constitutes the working mechanism, understanding, and agreement between the consumer and the store.
  • The store may impose fees on some consumers, depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
  • The store reserves the right to adjust fees or expenses in accordance with the terms and provisions of the user agreement, regardless of the reason for their registration

Payment and Settlement Services for Merchants in the Store

  • The store provides, through its partners, a payment system that can be done entirely online through available payment options or through any payment method provided by the store.
  • The store is obligated to determine the price of the service or product displayed in its store according to the generally accepted market value.
  • The store is obligated to provide invoices, receipt vouchers, and records for all amounts and profits arising in its store.
  • The store is committed to providing generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and relevant regulations.

Intellectual Property

  • The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store.
  • The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the store’s name, logos, and other symbols associated with it.

Store Responsibility

  • The store is committed to conducting its commercial business through this electronic platform in a regular manner in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
  • The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether resulting directly or indirectly, accidentally, through the consumer, or through a third party.

Restricting Access or Membership

  • The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict access to the platform’s services at any time, without warning, for any reason, and without limitation.

Applicable Law or Regulation

  • This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

General Provisions

  • In the event of cancellation or ineffectiveness of any clause or material within this User Agreement, the remaining provisions will continue to remain valid until further notice from store management.
  • This User Agreement, subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represents the comprehensive understanding, agreement, and contract between FiveSAR and you, the consumer. The Arabic language will be the governing language for interpreting the provisions of this agreement or any translations into other languages.
  • Please note that all prices displayed for our services or products are subject to change, and promotional or marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • Let's continue our journey together, respecting legal rules and creating a seamless shopping experience for you. This agreement can only be canceled by a decision issued by store management.

Seller Return Policy

At FiveSAR, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience, even when purchasing from third-party sellers who handle their own inventory. We want you to be confident with your purchase and understand the return options available to you.

Returns Process with Marketplace Sellers

Understanding Seller Policies:

  • When you purchase from a third-party seller, they manage the return process. Each seller's return policy should be at least equivalent to FiveSAR's policy, with some sellers offering even more favorable terms.

Reviewing Return Policies:

  • Before making a purchase, you can review a seller's return policy in the "Returns and Refunds Policy" section of their profile. This helps you understand the specific return conditions for the item you intend to buy.

Post-Purchase Review:

  • After placing an order, you can revisit the seller's return policy by selecting your order in the Online Returns Centre.

Standard Seller Return Requirements

Sellers on our marketplace must offer:

  • A return address within Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepaid return label for easier returns.
  • Full refund options without requesting the item to be returned.

At FiveSAR, we value your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and convenient, making sure you have a hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Returns
Items purchased from FiveSAR can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment, except for products with different return policies or specific requirements.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition:

  • The product should not be damaged.
  • The product should match the item you ordered.
  • The product should be returned in the same condition as received, including the original brand/manufacturer box or packaging, along with any user manual, warranty card, and accessories, if applicable.

Return Process

Initiating the Return:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request within the stipulated return period.

Processing Time:

  • After the courier has received the returned item, please allow up to two weeks for us to process the return, and up to an additional five to seven business days for the refund to reflect on your payment card statement.

Exceptions

  • We cannot accept the return of items not originally purchased from FiveSAR.
  • Any items wrongfully sent to us cannot be returned or refunded. We can only provide refunds for correct items returned following our policies.
  • Items sent or returned to FiveSAR cannot be shipped back to you.
